President Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister Ranil Wickramasinghe have their compulsions in putting in place a strong national unity government. So, the size of the cabinet constituted after two long weeks of haggling behind the scenes does not come as a surprise though it is big by Sri Lankan bench marks in coalition politics.
